I do not understand what it is about small towns and there lack of service...possibly why this towns so small still, but anyways im writing this review about the worst experience i have ever had with a cable company in my life. it all started i dont know about DAY 1 of having there service..the internet was just terrible lag about 10 times worse then dial up..keep in mind this is hi speed broadband cable..i went ahead and gave them the benifit of the doubt thinking maybe it was something on my part so i called them and they came out and ""fixed it"" by running new cables which did nothing at all, thinking maybe it will get better with time and it did later that night for about 2 hours..then went bad again..to shorten this up a bit i have had service with them for a while and wont be much longer but i have called them 6 times in a months period and they keep telling me nothing is wrong so i called there main headqaurters who then ran a check on the circuts this way and they tell me that theres a problem with there bandwith...hmmm????? ok so they put a work order in for them to fix it...3 weeks later same thing...not that they fixed it and the problem came back...THEY NEVER FIXED IT!! an employee told me that due to cost of the repair they may not be able to do the repair...so they would just simply ignore it for a while or what??meanwhile people are paying $50 for 1.5 internet that is slower then aol...end the end i can only laugh at this because its not just the cable company its this entire town...
