My family and I frequent Japanese restaurants regularly and have come to expect a certain quality of service that most Japanese restuarant owners pride themselves on. We were completely shocked by the poor service we received. After being seated at the hibachi table, our server asked if we would be ordering anything from the hibachi grill. We told him we would only be eating sushi and he removed our plates and silverware. We then promptly ordered our waters and sushi rolls. When the server brought out the first of the sushi rolls, he did not bring any chopsticks or plates. We sat looking around for 10 minutes before I finally became so frustrated that I grabbed a bus boy by the arm and asked him to please bring us some chopsticks and plates. The rest of the sushi was brought to us sometime later but we had no napkins and empty water glasses. So I asked the same bus boy for some napkins and he helped us out again. The sushi itself was nothing special. I have eaten sushi buffet that tasted better. Once we were done eating, we waited another 10 minutes for our server to show his face so that we could ask for the check. After giving him the credit card, the server brought it to the register up front. We waited for 10 minutes but he never brought the credit card and reciept back! My wife had to get up and flag down the server and ask him where her credit card was. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
