I have been to David's for my own wedding dress as well as my sisters and my best friends wedding. Each time I have gone there I the staff has been very rude. Don't even dream of going to David's ""just to look"" because if you don't have an appointment then you will get lectured on the importance of having one. Unlike other bridal shops in the Omaha area, David's refuses to store your dress. And if you do not get your alterations done with them, which by the way are horribly overpriced, they refuse to steam your dress as well. My sisters alterations for her wedding dress cost more than her dress itself. Each time I have gone in optimistic that it will be ""better this time"". Each time I get the same lousy customer service. If David's wasn't one of the only bridal stores in the Omaha area....they probably would have been out of business by now.
