The bagels here are great. I am originally from the east coast and these are by far the best bagels I've found in Seattle. However, I've stopped going here, because the place is so annoying. The staff is slow and rude, it's always sort of dirty, and it's constantly overrun with screaming kids running everywhere. I am a mother myself but I would NEVER let my kid behave in public the way the kids hanging out here act.
