Can you give zero stars? I've never rated anything before online but my experience with this place has prompted some vengeful attitude on my part, I admit. In brief: the nurse practitioner I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. Basically she said it wasn't her job to help answer my question since the problem had occurred while on another MD's watch (I had just moved from AZ). While I understand completely that liability is a big deal, and I accept her response at face value, her nasty attitude, smug tone, and absence of compassion for my vulnerable-just-moved-state really turned me off. Then today I called to verify my appointment for tomorrow, and the receptionist informed me that I had been not approved to become an established patient at their facility, but no one called to let me know. Again, fine if you don't want to take on a patient who is part-way (3 months) through their first pregnancy, but at least have the decency to call and say that the appointment that was set up is no longer good. If I hadn't called, my husband and I would have both taken time off work to drive over for the 3pm time slot only to find that no, I was rejected from care. Again, to clarify, I understand that they have every right to deny care for whatever reason, but please do it in a pleasant, understanding way!!
