this review is concerning the Tan US on Jones rd. Houston. After a high pressure sale on how much better they were and how they kept equipment updated better than the others I have found this not to be true. I went into tan on Sat, April 26, and two bulbs were out in the big bronzer bed. When I said something to the little smart mouth girl in front as she visited with a male standing there, she would not attempt to say I am sorry or credit back any points. She never picked up a pen to write my name down for the owner. She just looked at me in disgust. These tanning places charge a PREMIUM price and then won't even keep the place in a good running order. I am very disappointed at the service I have recieved from the the little girl in the front to the condition of place of business.
