We had our daughter's birthday party at Incredi-Roll on 5621 Meredith Dr. in Des Moines, Iowa in April 2008 and unfortunately our daughter ended up in tears. My daughter invited 6 of her friends and we purchased a birthday package, so we spent quite a bit of money there. The problem ended up being over 2 tickets for one of the games. She went to one of the older women workers and told her a machine wasn't working because it didn't give her two tickets it said she had won and the lady worker yelled at her saying it worked for the person in front of her. Not only was the lady rude she was basically calling my child a liar. I'd just like to worn those who are thinking of booking a party for their child there to beware.
