Based on their sale ad in the newspaper, I made an expensive queen bed purchase & pd in full. I was told pickup of the queen bed Mon. thru Fri. would be assisted by their loading personel. Approx. a week later, I called the store notifiying them I would arrived to pick up the queen bed as directed during the week for assistance in loading & I would be there after lunch. To my surprise when I arrived to pick up my purchase, I was told the loading personal was not available.
