The staff never aknowledged me when I walked in. I had to ask the receptionist if I had to fill out paper work since I was a new customer. She said she would bring it to me and she did. After filling out the paper work the receptionist called me into the room. She verified with me that I was in there for a teeth trim only. I said yes. (Keep in mind a week before I made the reservation I called to see if they require an exam for a rabbit and I was told no. And again when I made the appointment I was told no exam was required.)After weighing her she said the doctor will be right with me. When the doctor came in he nvere introduced himself. He looked at her teeth and again reinterated that I just wanted a teeth filing. Again yes. Ugh! He said he will be right back. Several minutes later a nurse came in and brought me an estimate. The first thing I saw and heard her say was ""For today's visit it will be $39 for the exam"". WHAT!? I told her I was told on two seperate occasions that there's no exam and that is one of the reasons I came (there isn't anything to exam on a rabbit). She said she would be back. She came in a few minutes later and stated she spoke with the office manager and anythime the doctor looks at the pet there is an exam fee. I replied I'm not going to pay an exam fee. A few minutes later the office manager came in and reinterated what the nurse said and said they like to have the doctor do the exam on the first visit to build that patien doctor realtionship. I told her there was no relationship built because he didn't do anything but look at her teeth. He didn't say much to me. She said I was right and was told that there would be no exam so they would waive the exam fee. I then asked her how much for the teeth trim and she said $35. At that point I had to leave because I was told over the phone that it would be $20. I still have to make another appointment elsewhere to get my rabbit's teeth taken care of. Don't ever go here. It's the worst.
