i have repeatedly asked this company not to call my home. they said i should call the opt out line if i do not want to receive their calls. i pay for my telephone service not scarborough. if i tell someone not to call my home and they continue to do so then that constitutes harrassment. i don't know what to do. it seems like a legal issue to me.
