After living for 28 years, part time on the lake and remodeling the house twice, we made the decision September 2007 to knock our house down and rebuild a retirement house. Our lot is small and our wants were big. John Davis and Cedar Ridge had done some remodeling in the past for me and I was always satisfied. I decided after viewing examples of Cedar Ridge?s construction I would partnered up on this larger project with John in doing the plan, the design and building it. A house that would give us the most usable space for the size of house allowed for our lot.
