Not sure if you are talking about the same store as the one I go to. We bought a pool from Del Val Pools on Rt. 42. When we first went there, we took a look around at the different pools and spas and toys before talking to Bryan. He was very nice, and seemed to know his stuff! We got some prices, and asked how long it took to get a pool. He told us it was a few weeks. We went home, thought about it, got our finances together and went back. This time we talked to Sam. One thing's for sure... they make a great team! And, I never felt like I was being pressured into a sale by a pushy salesman. When all was said and done, I got to know the whole family, and we were on a first name basis! I guess what I'm saying is this, everyone has their own experiences, and ours was obviously better than yours. We just didn't seem to have the difficulties that you did. We told all of our friends about Del Val, and we continue to tell people. We still shop there for chemicals and toys, and they do all of our services (openings & closings). We definately recommend them to everyone!
