My last three experiences at Shoreline have been negative ones. I have been going to this school(previously Wayne's Beauty College) for over 30 years. It has been a wonderful way to get cosmetology services at a price I can afford. I realize that all the work is done by students, and I make that allowance, However, this is not the first time that I have shown up 5 minutes before my appointment and have had to wait up to 15 or 20 minutes. Today, I arrived at 5minutes to 1:00 and was asked to have a seat. Fifteen minutes later, I checked and was told that my practitioner was not there today and that they would try to put me with another student. Since I know it takes awhile to set up, I did not have time to wait and cancelled. I feel that they should have known before I arrived that ""Monica"" was not there. It appears to me that the school is getting very lax in professionalism - poor training for a future career when customer relations matters.
