Very bad customer relations 4/17/2008

I arrived at 7pm on a Thursday night. They said I there would be a 40 minute wait. I asked for patio seating, it was a beautiful night. That was just fine. We walked through the bar and there was not one seat available. We walked into the patio are and there were two tables occupied, each with two people. We sat down at a table and were promptly asked to move as that table was taken. Now they had the rest of the patio area vacant and they were not seating anybody from the bar area which would have left seat available for my friend and I. They need better management oversight. I am very disappointed by their performance and their lack of customer relations. Pros: Great hamburgers Cons: High cost of drinks more
