I went to the Northland ENT group because they are supposed to be hearing specialists and I had experienced a sudden loss of hearing in my left ear along with headaches and sore throat. After a hearing test and a sales pitch by the audiologist I got to see Dr. Mulcahy for about three minutes with minimal examination and minimal questions about my health but another pitch about seeing one of the audiologists for a hearing aid consultation. One week later my right ear became affected like the left ear.
