They are on a hill so that the train track is directly below them, but when you are seated, you mostly see the sound. The view is what you are paying for.
The service is great.
Lunch and dinner aren't worth doing. The food is about average for the seafood. There is a good menu selection.
If you are going to take anyone here, I'd recommend Sunday brunch. They do a 3 course brunch that's nice. The cinnamon rolls are warm, but sometimes stale. The fruit spans the gamut from great to not ripe enough (and they don't pick out the bad grapes or strawberries).
Remember, you came for the views or you were in the area and wanted a 3 course breakfast.
Pros: The view and the service
Cons: food
