Well after being rejected at Area for what was obvious racism, I wasn't exspecting much from Bar at the Standard. Basically if your a girl you can walk right in, and for guys as long as your 21 and over and dressed decently your in ( unless there is a wait). It's a great alternative The Standards equally as nice Roofbar. The wait staff and bartenders are friendly, and the DJ's reotate so you get a good mix of very good music. This is one of those place that youhave so much fun that you loose track of time plus is on the strip and close to other locations.
Pros: Valet Parking, Other great locations within the same hotel, right on the sunset strip, drinks, service
Cons: Some nights it can be a little dead since it's so close to other bars
