At age 7 when my mom agreed to no longer have my sister's and my hair cut like one of the Beatles, it took me almost 30 years before I would let anyone else cut or color my hair. Penny not only remembers everything about your styling preferences but everything you said in your conversations from month to month. Peter is a delight too! So, as Judith told me the first day I walked into the door "get extravaganzised!"
