I just moved to NYC from California and wanted plastic surgery. I know they have great surgeons in both places, but when I did my research I learned that lots of people travel to Boston to see Dr. Spiegel from around the world, not to mention New York and Beverly Hills.
Its easy to see why. He is so nice and did an amazing job on my surgery. (It was a redo of a poor result from a really famous "tv" plastic surgeon in LA). The whole experience was great.
Seriously, it is worth a trip from anywhere. He is not a fake car salesman plastic surgeon. He is the real thing - competent, internationally known, and did such a great job!
Pros: quality, results, care, service
Cons: he only sees patients in Boston!
