As being a customer to the advanced auto parts in the franklin park location i had always enjoyed my stay there but have had some complaints about some of the employees there. some of them are upright rude and they think they know everything about cars. when i had ordered a part and note: it was on a Wednesday. normally if parts aren't in stock they come in 2-3 days later. since they have to come from the warehouse it takes a little. Thats fine with me. i had called and talked to the manager gorge. and he said it would be in by Saturday and that i could come in and pay for it when i got there. Friday being the day i had gotten paid i decided that i would go and get it out of the way. so i did and the other manager Sammy had said that it would be in the following day. which was Saturday. Saturday came along and there wasn't nothing in sight to be found. and he counted with his hands and told me that it would come in on Sunday. and tried telling me that 3 days was Sunday while mumbling i
