All previous reviews are obviously by people who don't know what fine dining is!! The only thing Stanley and Seaforts has going for it is a nice view of the Sound and downtown Tacoma. The food is not all that great and it really isn't worth the price. I asked the waiter how the steak was seasoned and after about choking around for the right words to market the horrible steak, she said it comes with a sauce. Now those who know what a good steak is definitely know that the only steak you need sauce for is a poorly preapred steak. I went ahead and ordered since I was craving a steak and it was cold, thin, and had no flavor.\r

By the way, it was my second time there and I managed to get the same snotty waiter who acts like she is jealous that she has no man to take her out to dinner, she is rude and I won't return!\r

If you want a trully delicious steak, with a quiet and romantic atmosphere, try El Gaucho on Pacific Ave. in downtown Tacoma. By the way, the restaurant is too crowded and the tables are VERY close to each other.
