I had a litter of puppies I took to them to have their tails docked and dew-claws removed. First they had me bring them in and said pick them up in an hour. I came back and they had not even been seen yet. I waited another hour and half and still not seen. These were 3 day old puppies who should not be away from their mom that long! I left in search of a nother vet who could squeeze them in, upon my return they had finally been seen. When I had dropped them off, I told the receptionist I had marked the tails where I wanted them docked and she said she would let him know. Needless to say he did not dock them properly- they were way too short! Of course, he had already left so I could not speak with him and he never returned my call. I also had taken a puppy in for shots and the wait was long and the doc was very rush rush and not gentle with the puppy. I will not return there again!
