Until now I hadn't had a problem with suddenlink then I signed up for a package including phone and internet. The package That I signed up for was only supposed to be $117.00 I never did get a bill at that price. I had one pro-rated bill for the internet at $108.00 and then the next bill they started charging me $148.00 a month. Yet new customers are getting the same package that i origanally signed up for at $119.00. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't think that is very fair. I think everyone should be charged the same rate for the same service. I had the same problem with Verizion and that is why I switched to suddenlink in the first place. I'm glad that I finally found a place to constructively vent my anger. more
