This place not only screwed my appointment up today and they couldn't take me. I checked on one that I had scheduled 2 months later and the time was wrong on that as well. They blamed me for putting it in my appointment book wrong. I could see myself screwing up one of them for example my 1:15 for a 11:15. But not a 9:45 as a 9:00. I'm glad I checked on the second one because I would of been screwed twice. God forbid they make a mistake. Of course they can't, they are perfect. \r

I've been having a hell of a time trying to get my prescription name brand and not generic, and for 90 days and not 30. Every time I go to the pharmacy it's the same old thing. But your doctor says generic is ok. Well it's not for me. ( at least in this case, I've tried them both) And your doctor only gives 30 at a time. It eventually gets fixed, but it happens every time. Dr. Trigillus doesn't really listen to much to me. It just seems she views me as a piece of poopoo.\r

Also the place is terribly dirty. The elevator takes 7 minutes to get to the 3rd floor. Half of the lights don't work, many ceiling tiles are out and the rest are dirty and stained. This place even looks run down from the outside. It looks as though it's not even a business and is going to be torn down in a few days. \r

In conclusion, it's a terribly dirty, run down mess of a place with crummy doctors!
