The service was horrible. Employees very loud and not helpful. We stood there with my grandmother for 5 minutes while the manager and her assistant and employees laughed and danced behind the counter before taking our order. Not only that they were yelling loudly into the microphone for people to get there order. We were given the wrong order. It was probably the most horrible service we've had in a long time.
Pros: the soup and panini special
Cons: management and employees disrespectful.
