Biscuits and Bath is extremely misleading. Dogs whom are merely getting a grooming and not part of the privileged card carrying membership canines will be placed into a crate rather than the establishments common area - even with all of your dogs immunizations and applauded demeanor. If you'd like your dog to partake in this area for the time period existing between the phone call you receive that they have finished and your trip down to pick them up, please feel free to pay an additional $400 per year plus the regular boarding fees per visit for the 6 times a year you take your dog to be groomed. I do not have time to continue this review, but I assure you it would continue in an exhausting barrage of insults to both their business model and their personnel's lack of bath-side manner. I leave this in hopes that a representative of B&B exhibits an intelligence slightly more impressive than the dogs they board and ask for the publics suggestions.
