Reply back to the review dated April 28, 2008. I check the voicemail at the salon at least 3 times a day for messages, new clients, etc.... Also, we all are very consistant about answering the phones. Yes, Tiffany and I were both painting the salon on a Monday, a very slow day at the salon. I have NEVER turned down a client, new client especially so I have no idea what this so called person is talking about as far as me calling him back to reschedule. That NEVER happened, nor would I allow it. more
