Do not rent here. they are theives. I tried to get a hold of them for 2 weeks via e-mail and phone to make arangments with my rent since my Boyfriend was out of work and i come home to an eviction notice and 3 days to take care of a rediculous amount of late charges. they were very rude about getting ""their money"" and unwilling to work with me at all.
Pros: It was cozy and had a good heating system
Cons: they leasing office was horrible and criminals and very rude, the fire place has never worked
