I have gone to Gary's Auto on Alameda for 6-7 years; he is without a doubt the most trustworthy, highly qualified mechanic I have ever worked with. And he hires good mechanics! Not only will he chat with you while your car is serviced, he's worked with me on ""payments"" when the bill was over my budget. People who know Gary, know that he is as well versed in the law and politics, as he is in auto mechanics. You just cannot help but like Gary - he's got a story for everything; a real renaissance man!
