They were very professional and took great pride in their product as well as the end result of my carpet. I've always used services that used WATER but will never go back; dry cleaning is the way to go. My carpet look just as good when the two gentlemen finished as it did when I purchased my home five years ago. Excellent customer service was provided and for me that's a plus. Preston Ia ve already in three day referred nine customers to your company. They either have children with Asthma or pets. Thanks again for doing an excellent job, and for hiring the BEST.
