My apartment had more soiled spots due my Maltese companion, that I thought could never be cleaned up again. I am simply stunned that my apartment has new carpeting now that this company has done such an excellent job!!!! Miguel Polo did a fantastic job. He excelled not only with a job well done, but great customer service and explanation of the procedure that was going to be done as well as explaining the way to upkeep the carpet. I highly reccommend their service.\r
