I'm part of a weekly Wednesday drinking group of 30 or so regulars who love to drink, geek out, talk and eat after work. We check out a different bar each week. We've been kicking around the city for 12 years. In that time we've visited several hundred bars (with repeats of faves). I'd like to say that Honey is amazing, after all it is in a sweet location, however, it's just halfway there. The bar cocktails are decent, inventive. The consensus is that the food is average-- although, my roasted veggie panini was pretty good. The bar seems to be shooting for the trendy vibe, however, it would score more points for me if the staff pretended to care a little more about its customers. This was our second trip there. I think we'll wait a long while before returning.
