My family and I were told to try the Pine Tavern while visiting Bend. We were treated so rude by both the hostess who stood up front giggling and rolling her eyes and by some woman named Susan who was seemingly intoxicated or on some pills, we think she may of been the manager or the owner. We were crammed into a small booth fit for about 4 or 5 people we were finally moved to a table that actually fit the 8 of us. The manager woman rudely moved us to our new table basically throwing our 'scones' on the table and then stumbled off. We kept being treated like an inconvenience or a bother that we wanted to spend our money there. Our food was terrible. The steaks were tough and the sauce on the ribs was overly tangy, our mashed potatoes were cold. We had had it and just wanted our check. Our first and second waitress were very nice and probably the youngest things in that building. The food was terrible and staff was rude ! \r
Pros: nice waitress
Cons: rude hostess-rude manager-terrible food!
