Very unprofessional we just had an appraisal 6 months previous to his that appraised for $145,000 and hes trying to say its only worth $119,000 less then what we bought it for two years ago. A brick house on 15 acreas with a barn get real. Takes two weeks to get the appraisal to the bank so that he can cash the check before he gives them the fake appraisal. Didnt want to go measure our barn didnt take pictures. Brought his wife with him. Not professionally dressed. Nothing like the last appraiser. Called us liars about the amount of work we have done with our property. Swatting at our horses. Just very unprofessional. I would not reccommend him to anyone.
