They ask for money up front so I had already paid for the repair -- this is not good biz practice, fyi. I did not ask for my money back, although I should have, but did report to mall management. I have been a patron to that store for over 10 years and the owner acted not only unprofessionally, but unethically. Don't risk it. There are other shoe repair places that are honest and do great work in the area. Take your fave shoes to someone who is a fair and competent businessman!!""
