I heard about Ty through a friend in LA. I was told Ty listens to what a client wants and needs. Boy did he!!!!!! I approached Ty telling him I was interested in cutting al my hair off. Ty reassured me I was at the right place. Ty told me we were going to take it slow, walking me through every step. He told me he was going to cut half what I was wanting to cut first. Reason being first so I didn't freak out and secondly so I was sure I really wanted to cut it all off. Thank god he did!! He was so right, the length he cut it at first was right on!
