I must admit that I test the waters and park illegally more often than I should. I was towed....of course I was angry but I still had to get my car back. When I went to Maxx, I was surprised that they were extremely efficient. I tried to negotiate out of fees and was unable too, however the people were much nicer to me than in my past experience. In fact the staff made me laugh. I know that they must have people yell at them all day long, but when it was my turn, they were pleasant and professional. Thanks!
