I dined at Phil's tonight and thought it was fantastic. The service was prompt, polite and extremely accommodating. The food was excellent. The blond manager, described earlier, went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The restaurant has a warm, clean, and homey feel to it...like everyone knows your name!
