East Bay Dry Cleaners, run by Howard Wolfson and Michael Shapiro, is as shlocky and low class as it gets. Quality is low on their priority; customer loyalty even lower. They ruined a $500 camel hair sport jacket and refused to even consider compensation despite my loyalty of more than two years at more than $200 a month in dry cleaning bills. My advice: go somewhere else. This outfit will ""take you to the cleaners""!
