They are the worst. They do not inform the Board of the homeowners association of anything, they have too many accounting errors and their accounting department has the worse attitude (claiming all the time they're right, and who wants to argue with people who are supposed to provide service). Do not use this company. If you want to lose money, waste time, get bad attitude from staff (completely inefficient and inept), then go ahead and hire them and watch your building, savings and everything else get completely drained. And by the way -- they don't do taxes. They don't remind you to do them either for your building. They keep your bank statements. They don't actually forward communication. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
