After I read the couple of excellent reviews, I decided to eat at India House. I was very disappointed with the quality of food. I ordered Vegetable Samosa, Mutter Paneer (cheese and peas) and Roti (Indan bread). The samosa was very bland and had no flavor. The mutter paneer looked pale and was very unappetizing. Looks confirmed the taste. Roti which is supposed to be made out of healthful whole wheat flour was instead made from wheat flour adulterated with all purpose flour. Reviewers that rave about this place have no idea of good Indian food. I am from New York City and I know good food. This place is an apology for Indian food.
