Blue Moon is great. The service is always friendly, professional, and timely - I have never had a poor experience like some previous reviewers talk about. I believe they have all-day happy hour for nigiri ($1/piece), and their rolls are usually either cheap or average price. They may not have quite the variety of fish or special rolls that somewhere like Sushi Den or Hapa does, but they have very fresh, high-quality fish (buttery salmon and tuna, NO strings or chewy pieces!) and their sushi chefs are skilled at what they do. The outside may look like an IHOP, but the interior decor is pretty decent, just your typical sushi bar setup with a few tables and Japanese tapestries.\r

If you want somewhere fancy then sure, go ahead and spend >$100 at Sushi Den for only two people; but if you just want to have a casual dinner and eat some good sushi for half the price, go to Blue Moon!
Pros: GREAT price, ample parking, good service, quality fish
Cons: lack huge variety, average decor
