Morganelli dental was my dental provider for a short while.\r Their customer service and billing process is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced.\r They incorrectly billed my insurance for a service that I did not receive. My insurance rejected the bill and sent Morganelli a letter explaining the code was incorrect on the insurance claim. Morganelli then sent me the bill for the full cost. I obviously refused to pay for it. Instead of them trying to determine what the issue was they then sent the bill to a collection agency. After many, many, many weeks of frustrating discussions with Morganelli, my insurance and the collection agency, the bill was adjusted and I then paid what I should have been billed.\r You would think this would have corrected the problem. Nope, the collection agency kept calling.\r I again had to call Morganelli to get the collection agency to stop calling. Finally the calls stopped.\r You would think that would be it. I checked my credit report and they had reported the non payment of the bill on my credit report. This was after they determined that they had made the mistake on the bill and after I paid it.\r Absolutely the most incompetent group of useless idiots that you will ever deal with\r Avoid at all costs.\r \r Needless to say I am no longer one of their customers. Cons: Incompetence at a scale that can't even be described more
