Libby's food is okay, their soup was actually pretty good. However, the service is terrible. I've gone to Libby's about 5 times for lunch with coworkers. The first four times were okay. Mainly forgettable. Their pizza is alright, but nothing outstanding. The sandwiches are okay too. But on the fifth visit, it was a nightmare. I went there with 3 other coworkers, including my boss. They server was forgetting things, a couple of us got the wrong dishes, all in all it took 2 hours and 15 minutes for a party of 4 to eat there. They did try to make it up to us by bringing us a free dessert to share. I appreciate the effort to make up for the poor service but it was too little too late. And the #1 reason why I won't be going back: NO FREE REFILLS ON SODAS!!! I think it is a true example of what kind of a restaurant you're eating at. If they won't refill your glass with 15 cents of soda, where else are they skimping? And I especially think that ANY restauant with a BAR should give free soda refills. I guess they really aren't trying to encourage the designated driver program.
