I have been eating at SUCHI for over 2 years now and under the old ownership it was outstanding at first and then with changes in the kitchen in wasn?t the same but I kept the faith and kept coming. \r

Then new ownership came in and the new chief KIRAN made his version of Northern India food and again it was back to one of the best that Cary had to offer!\r

But I am sorry to inform everybody that this is no longer true. KIRAN the chief that was written up in Cary magazine for his wonderful cooking has left SUCHI and has moved away. \r

His cooking will be missed and we can only hope that this great restaurant will once again return back to one of the great Indian restaurants in triangle. Until then look for someplace else. \r
