Contracted them for a home renovation and found the owner to be very pleasant while I purchased the marble. His demeanor changed dramatically though as problems came about during installation. Had the project not already been paid for, I would have never tolerated his verbal abuse, threats, and swearing. Proceed with caution, get everything on paper, and don't pay in full before the work is complete!
