I have been around Mike for ten years and in those years he has turned me and many others into great grapplers and champions.In the last couple of years I have slowed down my training,but I have come by on a regular basis to see how the young kids of tomorrow are doing.I have never seen kids,teens,and adults improve more in a shorter time than what Iam seeing at Extreme MMA.Mike is a person is going teach you everything he knows about this great sport.
