This guy Mike Cardoso is a wizard. A jiu jitsu encyclopedia. This was a true MMA school: Boxing, kick boxing, muay thai, and jiu jitsu. Its hard to find a school with that caliber of instruction with badass guys to train with. If you ever in Miami check these guys out. I will be back for sure.
