Well I wouldn't say working with this company was all bad, just the middle and end. It started off with great support and an upbeat attitude, we came up with an agreement between myself and the person which whom I was collecting from and the terms were very clear. I must note the math was bad, I told them I need $1,000 and they came up with a settlement that was 25% higher than 1,000 yet doesn't equate when you take 25% out of 1250... who knew? All that set aside the terms to the settlement we're not met other than the reduction in price which I made clear would not stick if the time line was altered, I guess I only made it clear to myself though.
Cons: bad communication, bad terms, bad math
