The manager is barely running (if at all) a legal business).The cars are mostly very poor standard.Do not work for the man.If he decides to pay you,it'll depend on the mood he's in.He's very cocky & arrogant.Office help is the same way.He's running an underhanded business.Not paying for work is against the law.He has a God like attitude,so I guess he feels he can get away w/it.
